1.General terms:
Using the company website, you should read and agreed with company’s privacy policy and you have to accept further update, modification, or changes. Company carries the right to change or update anytime without advanced notice. Agreement conducted by Japanese law of Jurisdiction only.

2.Contract:
Customer can order vehicles through emails, phone call and network application. Once customer agree with company’s offer, it will issue a proforma invoice with sign and seal from company. Customer shall agree with company required necessary document exchange.

3.Shipment:
Shipment will start after payment confirmation. Vehicles are shipped under CIF, CFR, C&F, FOB conditions. Delivery date will announce depending on payment and shipment schedule confirmation. After shipment the company will not be liable for any damage or warranty.

4.Insurance:
If customer agree with CIF Condition, marine insurance will cover damage rick or loss, Company will not responsible for loss and damage.

5.Payment method:
Purchase and sales transition must be in Japanese Yen and US Dollar. Mandatory to pay advanced payment depending on negotiation and rest of the payment shall paid within 7 working days from proforma invoice.

6.Risk management:
Vehicles shall transfer from company to Customer at the time when the Vehicles are placed on the vessel at the port of loading.

7.Default:
If customer unable to maintain any of those terms and condition, company will notify by written document, for delay payment shipment will be suspend, and stop the vehicles transit.

8.Language:
Only English version terms and condition authorize by the Company.

9.Storage fees:
After purchasing Vehicles, 30 days free storage. If shipment is delayed for payment issue or specific request, from 31 days storage fee will be added 5 USD for passenger car, 20 USD for Truck, per day.

10.Place the Order:
Company will Received order by website, Authentic Email and Application, and customer responsibility to check vehicle specifications. Company has right to cancel inappropriate order anytime without prior notice.

11.Cancellation fee:
After purchasing vehicle if customer want to cancel the order, required to pay cancellation fee (Negotiable)

12.Cancellation by the company:
Company has the right to cancel order anytime due to payment issue or suspect to the customer.

13.Privacy policy and cookie policy:
Please read the company privacy policy and terms and condition carefully then place your desire vehicle order.

1.Auction membership registration:
Company will provide FREE access to customer registration on our website for searching vehicles available in Japan Auction. Now customer can get access to more than 100000-unit vehicles in Auction stock and share stock.
Note: Customer information is safe and protected. Only use for vehicles export and prepare Invoice and Documentation.

2.Advanced deposit:
Customer must pay advanced deposit money per unit before Start bidding the Auction.

Re-CirclEdge Co., Ltd (RCE) complies with Japan Act of personal information. Customer data will use only for vehicles buying & selling purpose.

6.Anti- Social activity:
Re-CirclEdge Co., Ltd (RCE) will never deal with political matter, criminal organization, illegal transitions and contravening.
